Your animations aren't bad, but this is spam in my opinion. 2 seconds of some face that looks like he's been shot (I know, he's on drugs.) But, that's not always how your gunna look on drugs. What drug has Slappy taken? lol But yeah, like I said. Not your best.

It's a pretty damn good flash! Even though I watched some of my favorite Newgrounds classics get beaten to a pulp xP

At the end though, you should've made him fight Tom Fulp xD

It's nothing too new. The story was kinda confusing lol. But your animating skills are pretty good! Try a full length movie and I'll bet it might get a good score! =]
